Thursday: 9:00am-1:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm

Please note, the last check in for food pantry and/or clothing closet services will be 15 minutes prior to close.

Thank you to our partners at Bishop Drumm, Saint James Lutheran Church, Hansen, and Corteva for submiting food pantry sculptures for our annual contest. Judges are currently completing their ballots and we need you- the people- to vote on your favorite today (you can even check out some of the sculptures in person)!

We’re excited to kick off a new school year and and introduce Blaire Shireman, our new JUMP (Johnston yoUth Mentoring Program) Coordinator at Summit Middle School!

Blaire brings valuable experience from her work as a case worker with the Youth Law Center and is excited to bring that passion for supporting young people to JUMP.

She’s looking forward to connecting with our students and mentors and making this a fantastic year together. Please join us in giving Blaire a warm welcome!

The Johnston Partnership has gained another new staff member, Pantry Intake Associate, Keyli (pronounced Kay- lee). We hope you can learn more about her, and welcome her to our team! Here is what she had to say:

I’m Keyli! I'm a proud mom of three beautiful daughters. I grew up in Los Angeles, California, and have happily called Iowa home for the past 12 years. I truly love Iowa and the wonderful community I've found here.

In my free time, I enjoy staying home with my family, going for walks, and, of course, drinking coffee—I definitely need a few cups throughout the day!

I love meeting new people and building genuine connections. I can't wait to meet every single one of you, have a conversation whenever you stop by our pantry, and help make your visit a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of our amazing community!
